Impact agents were supposed to deliver the schedule to the clients. In any case, Elliott ALWAYS sent another copy of the schedule to the clients. When a client did not receive the documentation all safeties would have failed.

Who is WPL?

William P. Lambert (left) from Gardiner-Roberts is Elliott's main lawyer. He controlled relationships with Greenberg Traurig, Misick and Stanbrook, Cassels Brock, DeMarchena Kaluche, Concepcion, Sexton & Martinez, etc.

While the Elliotts, Impact, Tri Palms or NWN brought the ideas for the products, it was him creating or supervising the legal documents.

It is not surprising that he maintained himself in the background since the Miami Lawsuit came up.

He orchestrated all lawsuits against any investor claiming justice. As per Jacqueline Pullman's discussions on other blogs we can see that he is still using the same strategies today through Paula Gustafson.

Communications about Turbitt

Too much to buy him out right now. He is in all of the pre-EMISV deals and all of his shareholdings will take a haircut on the conversion. He will have a shit hemorrhage when he gets the final numbers. Maybe that will be the time to suggest a buy-out. I'll put it on my agenda for September.
