I had a conversation with John Toews yesterday who could be a witness. He was at Tom Turbitt’s house on several occasions where he says:

“His house is set up like a battleground with sensitive documents ad corporate information everywhere.”

John advises that he was offered our database and files and refused to accept them in his possession.

We must shut these people down. They are clearly trying to cause harm.

Too much to buy him out right now. He is in all of the pre-EMISV deals and all of his shareholdings will take a haircut on the conversion. He will have a shit hemorrhage when he gets the final numbers. Maybe that will be the time to suggest a buy-out. I'll put it on my agenda for September.
